Our HR team will review your application and consult with the relevant department.
- Initial Interview: If your profile stands out, we’ll invite you to an initial interview (usually virtual via MS Teams)—during which we’ll give you insights into your future role in Freiberg and get to know each other.
- Second Interview on-site: If both sides enjoyed the initial meeting, we’ll invite you to visit our company. You’ll have the opportunity to experience BBS Automation in Freiberg in person and clarify any questions you may have.
- Decision & Contract: After successfully completing the application process, you’ll receive a contract offer and can start your career at BBS Automation.

During the interview, we’d like to get to know you as a person and get a sense of your professional qualifications. Please be open and genuine so we can determine if we’re a good fit.
About two weeks before your start date, our HR department will get in touch with you to ensure your transition into the company goes smoothly.
On your first day of work, you’ll attend a comprehensive kickoff session, after which your onboarding mentor will meet you. They’ll help you find your way around the company during your first few months.
At the same time, you’ll undergo structured job-specific training and get a general introduction to the company’s various departments.
