During the interview, we’d like to get to know you as a person and get a sense of your professional qualifications. Please be open and genuine so we can determine if we’re a good fit.
About two weeks before your start date, our HR department will get in touch with you to ensure your transition into the company goes smoothly.
On your first day of work, you’ll attend a comprehensive kickoff session, after which your onboarding mentor will meet you. They’ll help you find your way around the company during your first few months.
At the same time, you’ll undergo structured job-specific training and get a general introduction to the company’s various departments.
