- Comprehensive training in metalworking and electrical engineering - Basic training
- Manual and machine-based metalworking (conventional and CNC)
- Assisting with the assembly of standard and custom machines according to drawings
- Troubleshooting and ensuring safety in electronic systems
- Installing electrical components in the areas of power supply, industrial facilities, and automation technology
- Commissioning electrical systems
- Maintaining, modernizing, and repairing systems in the event of a malfunction

About two weeks before your start date, our HR department will get in touch with you to ensure your transition into the company goes smoothly.
On your first day of work, you’ll attend a comprehensive kickoff session, after which your onboarding mentor will meet you. They’ll help you find your way around the company during your first few months.
At the same time, you’ll undergo structured job-specific training and get a general introduction to the company’s various departments.
