Reliable Linear Feeding Technology
High-quality feeding technology has always played a crucial role in maximizing the performance of modern assembly lines. Stable and efficient line operation is only guaranteed if the individual parts to be assembled are delivered reliably and in the correct orientation to the assembly point. This is particularly true for our high-volume lines, which produce several hundred devices per minute. We meet these increasing demands with state-of-the-art feeding solutions that increasingly rely on multi-lane linear concepts. In this setup, the spiral conveyor primarily handles pre-separation and transfers the parts to linear, parallel feeding rails. The actual reproducible sorting takes place on these rails-performed identically on every lane and fully documented in the design. This standardised approach significantly reduces the amount of manual adjustment and largely eliminates the need for costly duplication of additional, space-intensive spiral conveyors.
Ergonomic, Safe and Efficient Feeding Solutions
Ergonomic and health-conscious working conditions are becoming increasingly important. We address this need with well-designed feeding concepts that enable ergonomic and safe loading of sorted materials. In doing so, we consider both the optimal working height and the most gentle, material-appropriate feeding of components. Whereas in the past a significant amount of manual design and fine-tuning was required, today—where appropriate—we use modern simulation methods supported by AI. This allows us to virtually analyze and optimize the sorting behavior of complex components in advance. This significantly reduces both development effort and project risks and leads to more robust solutions that are available more quickly.
