Your tasks
- Collaboration in the creation and maintenance of safety-related processes, guidelines and standards for the implementation of legal and normative requirements for the manufacture of safe machines and systems.
- Advice on safety-related issues during the offer phase and during the complete manufacture of machines and systems.
- To ensure, together with Engineering, that requirements from laws and regulations at the installation sites of our machines and systems are implemented.
- Supporting Engineering in the creation of risk assessments and in the validation of safety-related control systems.
- Safety-related acceptance tests on our machines and systems before delivery and sometimes at the customer's site
- Conducting training courses on machine safety
- Standardization of electrical hardware and support in the creation of
E-CAD macros
Your profile
- Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable qualification
- Multi-year professional experience in mechanical engineering, ideally in the field of machine safety
- Practical experience in the application of laws and standards in the international environment of mechanical engineering
- Structured way of working and confident appearance
- Ideally experience with E-CAD Eplan P8
- Fluent German and very good English skills
