Packaging and Integration

As part of our automation systems, BBS Automation provides complete integration into the final product packaging. We orientate, feed, and load from the assembly machine directly into bagging systems, form fill and seal machines, trays, and bulk packs. We then can interface those packaged devices into shelf packs and case loaders to complete the whole manufacturing process. The boxes can be moved directly into sterilization as required or onto pallets for shipping.

BBS Automation will set up the whole assembly with the packaging on our floor, integrate, and test the whole system as part of the project.
