Mechanical Designer

• Communicate with customers in the early stage of design to understand their technical requirements and standards.
• Selection of mechanical standard parts.
• Carry out mechanical design, technical research and development according to the project plan.
• Development of electronic files and drawings.
• Provide insights into the assembly work and deal with design problems and improve them.
• Make action flow chart.

• Education background: Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical automation.
• Working experience: At least 3 years’ design experience in automation equipment, and able to solve technical problems in the assembly process.
• Professional knowledge: SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Familiar with the schematic diagram and selection method of screw, slide rail, bearing, pneumatic parts and hydraulic transmission.
• Familiar with mechanical design principles, sheet metal design, tolerance fit, mechanism drive, and basic electrical knowledge.
• Familiar with the characteristics of common metal materials and non-metal materials, as well as material processing technology and processing methods.
• Language requirement: Medium to advanced English.
