Reliable high-speed assembly, 24/7
Proven production technology for producing caps and closures
Cost-effective mounting of all kinds of plastic assemblies, in large quantities. That is exactly the task for which we have developed the fast-cycling RTS assembly system. Its mechanical cam drive guarantees reliable processes producing up to 500 parts per minute, 24/7, over decades of operation. For even higher production volumes, systems with continuous-motion technology are used.

The RTS platform – quick and reliable
The high-speed production system enables efficient and rapid manufacturing and is available in various sizes, ranging from 12 to 24 stations to meet different production needs. Supporting up to 8 tracks for parallel processing, it ensures increased throughput. Its compact design with a small footprint makes the system ideal for environments with limited space. Thanks to its flexible configuration, it is suitable for producing different product variants. A cam-driven mechanism guarantees precise and reliable operation. The system offers a high output capacity of up to 15,000 pieces per hour. Additionally, it is designed for easy maintenance, minimizing downtime and service effort.
