Your tasks

  • Ensuring a smooth process at reception
  • Supporting the switchboard and transferring calls in German/English
  • Supporting and receiving guests and visitors
  • Organizing access authorizations
  • Mail processing - incoming and outgoing mail
  • Delivery and return of pool / company vehicles
  • General administrative tasks

Your profile

  • Positive charisma with a strong understanding of service

  • Organizational talent as well as communicative and friendly vein
  • Professional experience in comparable activities or in the secretariat or assistance of advantage
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Experienced handling of EDP and the common MS Office programs
