- Extensive support in service:
Support in the customer process (offer-order-invoice), especially in service projects
Collaboration in the strategy process in the service area
Presentation preparation for the service training area
Support in the customer experience area
Collaboration in service marketing
- Support in general administrative activities in service
Your profile
- Ideally a student (m/f/d) in a technical degree program
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Own initiative and enjoyment in dealing with business partners
- Team player, goal-, process- and customer-oriented thinking and acting
- Technical understanding or experience in technical professions an advantage
- Flexibility, commitment and a careful, well-structured and independent way of working
- Experienced in dealing with IT and common IT tools. Experience in technical professions an advantage

- Experienced in using IT and common MS Office products (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
