Your tasks
- You will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of the assigned team
- Together with the management, you will define the goals of your area and align the necessary resources in a sustainable manner
- You will be responsible for the support and continuous development of the following management systems:
- Environmental management (ISO 14001)
- Information security management (ISO 27001/ TISAX)
- Occupational safety management (ISO 45001)
- Data protection (GDPR)
- You will be responsible for preparing internal and external audits and supporting the process
- You will carry out ICS audits as part of the Group audit
- You will implement lean methods (5S, value stream mapping, Kaizen, SMED, root cause analysis, visual management) and Six Sigma principles and embed them sustainably in all areas of the company
- You design and lead lean management workshops
- You take on the project management for large and strategically important projects
Your profile
- You have a degree in engineering or business administration, ideally with a focus on quality management, or a comparable qualification
- In the course of your career, you have already gained experience in the disciplinary management of employees
- You have several years of professional experience in the field of integrated management systems as well as further training as a quality management representative (QMB) and internal auditor
- You have practical experience in the application of lean methods such as Six Sigma, TPM, SMED, value stream management, 5S and PDCA and ideally have the relevant certification or training as a trainer
- You combine strong communication skills and high analytical competence with a structured way of working, a confident manner and strong team skills
- Fluent German and very good English skills round off your profile
