Your tasks
- In close cooperation with our active sales teams, you will ensure that the sales processes run smoothly
- You will be responsible for order entry and invoicing of project orders and actively support/control receivables management
- As an export manager, you will take care of the export and shipping processing of all plant deliveries and prepare and check customs-related documents
- You will carry out the legal and commercial and dispatch processing of all system deliveries and take on the creation and checking of customs-relevant documents
- You take on the legal and commercial checking of customer contracts in coordination with the relevant specialist departments
- When processing orders with foreign currencies and for tax-relevant transactions in the EU, in third countries and intercompany processes
- With your technical expertise, you will advise our departments on all matters relating to the CRM system (Salesforce) and drive forward the optimization of system-side processes
- You will prepare relevant key figures and create reports, e.g. to generate new leads.among other things to generate new leads in the sales team
Your profile
- You have a degree with a focus on business or economics or a comparable qualification
- In the course of your professional career, you have gained extensive experience in the area of contract review
- You have experience in international order processing, including export and customs issues
- You are experienced in working with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
- Your strengths include strong communication skills, proactivity and a confident manner
- Fluent German and very good written and spoken English skills round off your profile
