Your tasks
The regular training period is three and a half years, with dual training in the company and at vocational school.
During your apprenticeship, you will learn how to
- wire and set up highly complex computer-controlled industrial systems,
- ensure that the individual components form an automatically functioning overall system,
- program and test systems, put them into operation and maintain them,
- analyze and rectify faults.
Your profile
Do you love solving complex problems in the finest detail? Then you should definitely consider training as an electronics technician for automation technology. In this profession, you will work with machines, systems and computers. Flashing lights and colorful cables are your everyday work and must be set up and connected so that the automated system behind them works in the end.
