Your tasks
- Supervision of trainees in our training workshop in Sonthofen
- Independent organisation and implementation of training courses
- Teaching of theoretical and practical knowledge
- Preparation of trainees for examinations
- Close cooperation with training in the mechanical area
- Close networking with our operational area
Your profile
- Completed training as a mechatronics/electronics technician or comparable training is required, further training as an industrial foreman is desirable, but not mandatory
- Practical professional experience in the specialist areas of electrical engineering, automation technology and control technology (pneumatics/hydraulics)
- Basic knowledge of metalworking is desirable
- Successfully completed instructor aptitude test (if not available, this can be made up for)
- Sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Genuine enthusiasm & consistent implementation
