Your tasks
- Commercial processing and checking of spare parts orders, from quotation to invoicing, including complaints processing
- Support with general administrative activities in the service department, e.g. Master data maintenance
- Organization of timely and economical order processing
- Follow-up of delivery dates and ensuring material availability
- Securing order and customer specifications for customer satisfaction and customer specifications for customer satisfaction
- Creating and processing quotations and order confirmations
- Managing stock levels and working with suppliers
- Assisting with customer advice/communication and support
- Creating evaluations and (benchmark) analyses
Your profile
- Experience with ERP systems
- Founded knowledge of MS Office
- Good written and spoken English
- Experience with order processing in the spare parts business
- Initiative and enjoyment in dealing with business partners

- Technical understanding or experience in technical professions of advantage
