Your tasks

  • Commercial processing and checking of spare parts orders, from quotation to invoicing, including complaints processing
  • Support with general administrative activities in the service department, e.g. Master data maintenance
  • Organization of timely and economical order processing
  • Follow-up of delivery dates and ensuring material availability
  • Securing order and customer specifications for customer satisfaction and customer specifications for customer satisfaction
