Your tasks
- First point of contact for our customers and service partners in Germany and abroad for service issues
- Development of solutions for technical problems, change requests or conversions
- Preparation of quotations for conversions, system optimizations and services
- Processing system conversions following final acceptance
- Ensuring system availability in collaboration with internal departments
- Planning and coordinating service assignments
- Further developing our service and maintenance concepts together with customers and service partners
- Supporting the planning of modernizations and conversions
- Conducting customer surveys
Your profile
- Successfully completed technical or commercial training/studies
- Some experience in customer service in mechanical and plant engineering or knowledge of our customer-specific systems
- Safe use of MS Office and ERP software (ideally PSIpenta)
- Self-confident and friendly demeanor towards customers

- Strong service orientation and reliability
- Confident and friendly manner towards the customer
- Independent and systematic way of working
- Very good written and spoken German and English
