Your tasks
- You are responsible for the accounting of our management company
- Bookkeeping of banks, accounts receivable, accounts payable, assets, general ledger and travel expenses
- Billing of allocations, interest and other services to the subsidiaries
- Processing of taxes and other reports in cooperation with the tax department of the parent company
- Performing monthly and annual financial statements
- Processing of payment transactions
Your profile
- You have good knowledge of financial statements in HGB as well as basic knowledge of IFRS
- Relevant experience in comparable activities
- You are adept in dealing with IT, have already worked with consolidation software and have extensive experience with MS Office applications (Word and Excel)
- Experience with accounting software in ERP systems (MS Dynamics is an advantage)
- You appreciate working with people of different nationalities and understand how to involve everyone
- You are characterized by a hands-on, meticulous working style and a high level of quality awareness
