Software optimizations and modifications after commissioning with state-of-the-art remote maintenance tools
Fault analysis and elimination via remote maintenance
Analysis of production data for continuous process improvement at our customers via remote access
Employees in the improvement of processes in service, with a focus on software quality

Your profile

Studies or completed technical training in the field of mechatronics, electrical or automation technology or comparable with professional experience in mechanical or plant engineering
Experience in programming PLC control with Siemens Step 7 and / or TIA Portal and / or Phoenix
Ideally experience in dealing with linear and multi-axis robots
Written and spoken English
Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 20 - 40 %)
You are solution-oriented and like to communicate directly with customers and enjoy thinking your way into complex tasks
A confident and professional manner in customer contact as well as a high level of teamwork paired with an independent and responsible way of working
