Your tasks
This is what day-to-day work looks like for us:
- Responsibility for HR topics at the Blaiach site in close coordination with the management and Group HR
- Advising and supporting managers in HR-related topics
- Contact person for employees in all HR-related issues
- Cooperation with the newly established works council
- Implementation/adoption of Group guidelines and processes as part of process maintenance in the HR department
- Creation of HR-relevant key figures, Reporting to our Group company
- Responsible for the entire recruiting process from the creation of the job advertisement to hiring and onboarding, incl. Application of creative, target-oriented search strategies
- Creation of requirement profiles in close cooperation with the specialist departments
- Further development of employees, support in employee appraisals including coordination of further training measures in cooperation with Group HR
- Processing of personnel administration tasks (e.g. creation of employment contracts, report writing, etc.).e.g. drawing up employment contracts, references)
- ensuring compliance with labor law provisions, compliance, experience in the area of labor law is required here
- implementation and administration of company health management
Your profile
In-depth HR knowledge: A degree in HR, business administration with a focus on HR or a comparable qualification
- At least 3-5 years of experience in operational HR work
- Experience in working with works councils and knowledge of the Works Constitution Act required
- Knowledge of HR systems and processes
- Sure use of MS Office
- Good English skills
- Strong communication skills, Empathy and social skills
- Organizational skills and structure, discretion and trustworthiness
