Your tasks
- You are responsible for acquiring new customers and maintaining existing customers in the medical technology sector
- You plan the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies, as well as analyzing the market in terms of new potentials
- You are the main contact person for the customer throughout the entire contract negotiation process, including proposal preparation and follow-up
- You monitor and control internal quality gates for proposal preparation
- You are the contact person for customers and interested parties with regard to technical and/or business issues
- In order to increase our market presence, you prepare and participate in trade fairs and internal technology days
Your profile
- You have successfully completed a technical or business degree or alternatively a technical apprenticeship
- In order to expand our sales network, you already have experience in dealing with customers from the medical and/or pharmaceutical industry
- At best, you are familiar with the sale of complex automation technology
- In the course of your career, you have gained sound business knowledge and experience in conducting complex negotiations
- Your working style is characterized by independent work, flexibility, strong communication skills and professionalism
- You are enthusiastic about working in sales and bring motivation and ambition in customer acquisition/retention
- You are willing to travel
- Business fluent in German and English round off your profile
